William J. McClelland

William J. McClelland, age 76 of Brunswick, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Madar) for 51 years; loving father of William, Jr. (Rhonda) and Michael (Trista); devoted grandfather of Mackenzie, Kaitlyn "Kate", Nathanial, and Allyson "Ally"; dear brother of Joan Kremling (Ernest) and Kathleen Ross (Thomas); uncle and friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Helen McClelland (nee Woolson) and sister, Mary Pat McClelland.

Bill was an avid Star Wars fan who enjoyed reading science fiction and mysteries. He graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in math, going on to earn his master's degree in business from Baldwin Wallace College. Bill loved to use his mind, working as a programmer and manager for Warner & Swasey for 27 years. He later handled IT for Macy's for 21 years.

Funeral Mass at 11am on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Rd., Brunswick, OH 44212. Meet at 9:30am at the funeral home for prayers and procession to church. Family will receive friends from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH 44129.
