Vada Yvonne Buchdrucker

Vada Y. Buchdrucker (nee Neal), age 67, from Grafton, passed away at home on October 12, 2021, surrounded by her family after battling a lengthy illness.

Vada was born on December 1, 1953, in Williamson, West Virginia to the late James and Martha Neal (nee Soltesz).

She attended LCCC in Elyria where she became a registered nurse. She used her skills in nursing to help families in long term and psychiatric care.

Vada loved being there for her community, so she kept active in her church and various programs.

She was a member of the West Campus-Christ Church in Elyria where she attended the Christian Women Fellowship on Mondays.

She was involved in the Grief Share Program and helped the Needy of Lorain County by collecting and distributing personal effects through Love INC. in Elyria. She will be remembered by many for her care.

Wife of the late Gerhardt Buchdrucker; mother of Marcella Musat (Victor), Joseph (Dawn) and Matthew; grandmother of Mason, Marissa, Gary, Hailey, Timothy, Erin, Jessica, Harley, John, and Taylor; great grandmother of Josie, Rosie, Natalie, and Timothy. Sister of James Gary Neal, Polly Neal, Brenda Mckahan (Ivan), Jerry Kline (Bonnie), Lori Neal, Jay Neal (deceased) and April Clark (Scott); and a loving aunt to many.

Memorial Visitation from 4-5pm at Christ Church, 1420 South Abbe Road, Elyria, Ohio 44035, with a 5pm Memorial Service Friday, October 22, 2021. All are welcome to join for food and fellowship following the service.
