Shirley A. Kenney

Shirley A. Kenney (nee Erdman), age 92 of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023. Beloved wife of the late David L. Kenney for 65 years; loving mother of Hanna Stevens (Russ), Sheila Adkinson (Marvin, deceased), David (Linda), Darlene Ward (Jim), Robin Majoros (Andy), Renee Hargett (Chuck), and Billy (Jennifer); devoted grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother of many; dear sister of Ronnie Erdman (Nora, deceased), Sandy Cartwright, and Linda Nichols (Ronnie, deceased); cherished aunt and friend of many. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Charlotte Erdman (nee Brant) and siblings, Charlotte Halishak (Bill, deceased), Beverly Doran (Jim, deceased), Frank Erdman, Joyce Puckett (Lee, deceased), and Janet Heinbaugh (Jim, deceased).

Shirley loved praising and giving thanks to God, for she was most grateful for all the blessings she received throughout her life. She enjoyed crafts, puzzles, and spending time with family. Shirley was thankful for the time she had with her family and was most grateful to those who made memories she held near and dear to her heart, all the way to the end.

Funeral service at 11am on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH 44129. Entombment to follow at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, Cleveland, OH. Family will receive friends from 4-8pm on Monday, January 23, 2023, at the funeral home. There will be a board with tape, if anyone would like to share a picture.
