Regina (Gina) V. Mosby-Coleman, 61, lifelong resident of Elyria; cherished mother of Mallory Brown of North Olmsted and Chelsea Coleman of Elyria; sister of Joyce Todd of North Carolina and Monica (Corbin) Davis of Lakewood, CA and Kenneth Harris of Kentucky; loving aunt to many nieces and nephews; and friend to a multitude who will cherish her memory. Regina passed away after a brief recent illness on Sunday, August 14, 2022.
Regina was born on March 3, 1961, in Elyria. As a youth, she was a member of Linda Lassies, using her baton twirling talent at all the community events and the Macy's Parade in New York City. She was a graduate of Elyria High School, class of 1978, then she earned an Associate's Degree from Lorain County Community College.
Regina worked as a Procurement Buyer Specialist at Invacare of Elyria for 20 years, then Vexos of Lagrange for 4 years. She loved music, dancing, and getting her nails done. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Gina had an outgoing and witty personality, with a unique sense of humor.
Preceded in death by her mother, Marva Anthony, brothers Karlton Mosby and Chris Johnson and a host of other loved ones.
Memorial contributions may be made to any charitable association by the wishes of the family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022, from 4pm-6pm at Busch Funeral Home 114 Second St., Elyria.
