Mary "Midge" Haynes

Mary "Midge" (nee Licursi) Haynes, age 92, of North Royalton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023.

Devoted wife of fifty years of the late Howard Haynes; beloved aunt of Joseph R. Licursi (Darlene), Deborah Minch (Tom), Thomas M. Licursi (Michelle), and Ruthie Diver; loving great-aunt of Mary, Kevin, Krystle, Heather, Tommy, Joey and Danielle; dearest great-great-aunt of many; loving stepmother of Brian Haynes (Celena) and step-grandmother and step-great-grandmother of many.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph A. and Ruth C. (nee Stafford) Licursi, Sr.; one brother, Joseph A. Licursi, Jr. (Laverne).

Midge was a member of St. Columbkille Church in Parma. She enjoyed golfing, even scoring a hole in one once, but really enjoyed going to Florida, where they spent their winters. She also loved playing the slots!

A prayer service will be held Thursday, Jan. 12, 2022, at 9:15am at Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH 44129 and Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00am at St. Columbkille Church, 6740 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH 44134. Interment will then be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park, OH. Family will receive friends on Weds., Jan. 11, 2022, from 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home.
