Kathleen C. Friedman

Kathleen C. Friedman (nee Sleigher) age 90 of Fairview Park, OH. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, January 9, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Sidney "Syd" Friedman. Kathleen was born on October 6, 1932 in Leechburg, PA the daughter of the late Raymond Jacob and Margaret Mary Callahan Sleigher. Loving mother of Sam (Cindy), Pam, David (Michele) and Karen Russo (John); grandmother of Joshua and Alex Friedman, Dylan Friedman, JJ, Jacob (Andrea) and, Abigail Russo and Tyler Friedman; sister of the late Robert, Patrick, Joseph (Ike), Bernard (Rip), Raymond (Red) and Frances (Fritz) Sleigher, Lucille Weinel, Grace Schneider and Mary Margaret and survived by sister Dolores McNally (Duckie). Her passions were her family, friends, faith, music, dancing, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Memorial contributions may be forwarded to the Fairview Park Senior Center, 20769 Lorain Road, Fairview Park OH 44126. Friends may call at the Busch Funeral Home, 21369 Center Ridge Road, Fairview Park,  on Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 3-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Angela's Merici Church, 20970 Lorain Road, Fairview Park on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 11:30 am. Interment to follow at Ohio Western National Reserve Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, OH 44273.
