Joann Dunn

Joann Dunn (nee Leligdon) It is with great sadness and joy we announce our sister, Joann passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 71. She joins her predeceased family, husband Charlie Dunn, father, Louis J. Leligdon Sr., mother, Lois R. (nee Estep), brother Louis J. Leligdon Jr. and sister Baby Lois. She is survived by 3 sisters, Andrea Pohlod, Susan Creagh (Matthew) and Paula Leligdon; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Joann was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1951, graduated from Berea High School in 1969. Joann and her best friend, Donna Read set out to find a new place to move to and ended up in Naples, Florida, which has remained her home until her passing. Joann made many friends over the years. She was well known for her career as a seamstress and acquired many clients. Besides her friends and clients, she leaves behind her best friend, Donna who was a sister to Joann. Thank you Donna.

Joann loved walks on the beach, taking care of her 100 houseplants, good restaurants, sewing, getting together with friends and her cats. Joann had 22 years of fighting and enduring illness without complaining. She would say "It is what it is!" Her body gave out and her spirit was set free... Rest in Peace sister.
