Jeffrey Tasse

Jeffrey L. Tasse, 66, passed away October 9, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Cathy (nee Bays), loving father of Daniel Tasse (wife Tatiana Vlahovic) and Cheryl Saffles (husband Jonathan), dear grandfather of Eliana and Addilyn Saffles, son of the late Leo and Judy Tasse, and brother of Jill Ricker, Janet Soinski (husband Bill), Joseph Tasse (wife Karen), and the late Dr. James Tasse (wife Karen) and Joanne Tasse.
 
He loved Shakespeare, playing tennis, working on his home, riding his motorcycle, traveling (especially to Italy), and hosting delightful parties; but most of all, spending time with his family. An incredibly determined man, he fought cancer for 15 years harder than anyone thought possible. He will be missed by his family and so many friends from his neighborhood, the Cleveland Yachting Club, St. Ignatius HS, Miami U, his career as a trial attorney, and more. Everyone loved his sense of humor; he was always the life of the party.
 
A wake will be held Wednesday October 19, 2022 from 4-8pm at Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake. The memorial service will be on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 10am at Rocky River United Methodist Church, 19414 Detroit Road, Rocky River. Please meet at church.
