Jeanne Jaeger

Jeanne Jaeger, 61, of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, formerly of Avon Lake, Ohio passed away September 24th, 2021. She was born April 28th, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Walter and Elaine (nee Shum) Kehler.

Jeanne grew up in Avon Lake with her ten siblings. She was raised in St. Joseph Catholic Church, attended Avon Lake High School, and lived most of her life in Avon Lake, moving to Mt. Vernon for the last fifteen years.

Jeanne loved being a mom and grandma. She was a devoted homemaker who went from raising her own children to enjoying time hanging out with her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time outdoors. Jeanne played softball for many years and loved flying kites with her grandchildren. She liked to play cards, winning often and sometimes cheating.

Jeanne leaves to cherish her memory her loving partner of fourteen years Randy Adkins; beloved children Nicole Young, David (Kim) Jaeger, and Matthew (Gloria) Jaeger; cherished grandchildren Ethan, Avery, Noah, Lucas, Samuel, Sara, and Matthew Jr.; dear siblings Mary Wolford, Thomas Kehler, Joseph Kehler, Eileen Kehler, Geraldine Flanagan, and James Kehler. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Elaine Kehler; and siblings Larry and Robert Kehler, Kathy Crawford, and Ann Cothran.
