Jacqueline "Jackie" Guerra (Loomis), age 37, passed away February 25, 2022, surrounded by her family and friends. She was a warrior all her life. Born to David and Jennifer Loomis (Greene) on July 30, 1984 in Parma, Ohio. Loving wife of Matthew Guerra. Proud and loving mother of Quentin, Dominick, Charlotte, and late Olivia. Sister to Jason (Daniele) Greene, Melissa (Jeffrey) Diamond, Brittney (Joshua) Bowman, and late Joseph Greene. Grand Daughter to Dorothea Greene and late George and Mina Loomis (Scott). Daughter in law to Don and Pauline Guerra. Grand Daughter in law to Judy Guerra-Huffman. Niece to John (Jan), William "Bill", Vincent (Tamara), Fred (Marybeth), Christopher (Elizabeth), and late Joseph (Brenda), Stephen and Jeffrey. Proud and loving Aunt to Lillian, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Alannah, Connor, Aidan, Raegan, and Fallyn. Loving and supportive cousin to many. Beloved by many friends.
She graduated from Kent State University with a bachelors degree in theater and earned her masters degree from Tiffin University in higher education. A lover of theater, Jackie spent her time off designing and building costumes for theater companies all over Greater Cleveland. She was in her happy place behind a sewing machine, building costumes right up to the end, "the show must go on". She will be remembered by her infectious laugh and one-thousand-watt smile. There was never a challenge she backed away from, never a hurdle too high, never a dream not worth chasing.
Friends may call to the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio 44129 on Saturday, March 5 from 3-7pm until time of service at 7pm.
