Gloria A. Riffie

Gloria A. Riffie, age 80 of Parma, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Ryan (Nicole) and Mark (Wendy); devoted grandmother of Nathan and Alex; dear sister of David Sudnick (Maryann) and Daniel Sudnick (Jeanine); aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Laurie Sudnick (nee Traska).

As a breast cancer survivor, Gloria was an avid volunteer, spending many hours in service to others at Parma Lutheran Church's Hunger Center. She organized the book club at the church, choosing titles and acquiring the books for her fellow readers. Gloria helped out at The Gathering Place and often conversed with Hospice of the Western Reserve patients while their family members ran errands. Gloria received a plaque, commemorating her generous blood donations, amounting to at least ten gallons.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Hunger Center at Parma Lutheran Church, 5280 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH 44134.

Memorial service at 3:00pm on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at the Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Rd., Parma, OH 44129. Family to receive friends from 1:00pm until time of service. Private interment at Riverside Cemetery, Cleveland, OH.
