Earl H. Rondin, age 96, passed away May 15, 2022, exactly where he wanted to spend his last days, in his treasured home of 62 years.
Beloved husband of 57 years to the late Dorothy (nee Werner); loving father of Leslie, Scott (deceased), and Derek (Ingrid); cherished grandfather of Bentley, Griffin, and Abriana; fond brother of the late Jean Locht and dear uncle, great uncle, friend, and neighbor of too many to mention.
Earl served his country in World War II, stationed in Okinawa. He then managed a veterans club before becoming an entrepreneur in the medical supply field. A devoted Christian who deeply loved his family, he supported his church and continued to work with Veterans groups and served his community.
Earl closely followed current affairs, had an avid interest in World War II history, and was a fan of sports and classic films. After Dorothy's passing, because of her love of gardening, he took over the care of the yard she developed over decades.
Those who knew Earl will forever remember his eternal optimism, upbeat demeanor, and ability to see the very best in those he came in contact with.
