Connie LaMar

Connie LaMar (nee Reed), 78, of Elyria, Ohio passed away December 2, 2022, at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was born in Philippi, West Virginia on September 2, 1944. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She retired from Lorain County Jobs and Family Services in Elyria.

She is survived by husband, Phillip A. LaMar of Elyria; children Phillip LaMar Jr., Randy (Lisa) LaMar, Pamela Newton, and Steve (Amy) LaMar; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Esta Reed and two older brothers, Andy and Russell Reed.

Friends may call at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 114 Second Street, Elyria from 12pm-1:30pm, Wednesday, December 7, 2022 followed by 1:30pm Celebration of Life Service. Rev Jim Deulley, Pastor of Elyria Foursquare Gospel Church, will officiate. Interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Avon, OH .
