Billy Raymond Rose, Sr. Passed away December 31, 2021.

Beloved husband of the late Amy Joann Rose for 57 happy years. Proud father of Bonnie (Todd) Gordon, Amy (Matt) Dailey, and Billy (Julie) Rose, Jr. Caring grandfather of Elizabeth, Alexander, Ian, Olivia, and Yelanah. Dear brother of Douglas, Richard, Nick, Tom, Danny, Juanita, Rosemary, and Sue.

Billy lived a full and vivid life with many different facets. After serving in the Army, he went on to become an iron worker at US Steel and then a millwright at Ford Motor Company.

In his early years, Billy excelled as a pool player-occasionally heading out with a wink to his young wife saying he'd be back with some "bread and milk money." His children remember him being the neighborhood fun dad, friends often wanting him to hang out when they got together. He enjoyed golfing in his free time, eventually honing his game to become a scratch golfer.

He will be remembered for his sense of mischief and humor and how hard he worked to take care of his family. Billy will be missed so much by those he loved and who loved him.
