Anthony George Koziarz, 50 of Avon, OH formerly of Glenview, IL passed away surrounded by his loving family after a 4-year battle with Non-Hodgkins T - Cell Lymphoma on Monday, May 2, 2022. He was born November 22, 1971, to parents George and Rosalie (nee LaRocco) Koziarz in Skokie, IL.
Tony received his bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and his master's degree from Case Western Reserve University. He was employed by the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a Project Manager in Supply Chain. Tony was an outdoorsman and the neighborhood handyman that was always helping with various jobs. His true joy came from spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Julie (nee Page); loving daughters Katie and Liz; cherished parents George and Rosalie (nee La Rocco); dear brother Louis (Andrea); father in-law John Page; brother in-law Randy Page (Rachel); nieces and nephews Alex, Liesl, Derek and Ashley.
He is preceded in death by his mother in-law Mary Page.

Friends and family may call for a visitation on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm at Busch Funeral Home 163 Avon Belden Rd., Avon Lake, OH 44012. Services will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Jude Catholic Church 590 Poplar St, Elyria, OH 44035.
